He founded Consultica Properties in 2009 with the vision of providing highly personalised real estate advisory services built on professionalism, discretion and long-term relationships. Since then, the company has become one of the leading specialists in the sale of properties at Thracian Cliffs while expanding its activities to luxury real estate and off-market hotel transactions across Europe.
