From 25 May 2018 The General personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enters into force. The changes it will make are expressed in the way companies will handle personal data, and the control that individual users will have over the information they provide to different organizations (data administrators). As a personal data administrator, we at “Consultica Properties” Ltd., want our clients to feel confident when providing personal information, therefore we have taken concrete steps to meet the requirements of the regulation and to protect your information.

We have added obligatory texts to the forms of inquiry on our website to inform our clients about the way their information will be stored, the data we need, the ways we will contact them, and the possibility to unsubscribe.
4.WE HAVE REQUESTED CLIENTS CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING INFORMATION FROM US BY EMAIL
We have created a special newsletter for our subscribed clients to confirm their wish to stay informed about the properties and services we offer.
We use new forms by the software we work with, compliant with the GDPR regulation.
5.WE PROVIDE ” RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN”
Every client (individual) may request that all available information be withdrawn and we will send it to you in a structured format, and then we will delete all available information on paper and digital carrier.
To take advantage of their “right to be forgotten”, our customers should not have incomplete current transactions or registrations in state or municipal offices, as well they must have received all ownership documents.

7.WE HAVE ADDED PROCEDURES AND TRAINED OUR EMPLOYEES
All employees of “Consultica Properties” Ltd. underwent training and obtained a certificate for the application of the new GDPR Data Protection Regulation. We updated our internal working procedures and added new ones to further increase the level of security.
