We understand, that travel limitations due to Covid-19 make it impossible for many of our clients to visit their desired property. At the same time, enquiries for golf & luxury real estate have increase significantly since May 2020.
Therefore in order to meet the expectations of our clients, Consultica Properties is now offering video viewings for particular properties.*
A video viewing can be arranged few days in advance. We will visit the properties of interest with our professional equipment and team. We will give you a link, where you could watch a live streaming of the property in high resolution, while at the same time you will be able to talk to your broker with regards to certain details of the property. This way you will get an interactive approach to the property by looking at it from many different angles. After the end of the streaming, you will get another link, where you could review a record of the viewing, just in case you might have missed some moments.
